Sadie's 4th Birthday

For Sadie's Birthday I spent the day with Sadie...just me and her! It was so nice. It is sad to admit that I've never spent all day with just Sadie doing fun things. There's your kids personalities as a part of the group, then they're someone else entirely one on one. Bailey and I do Girls nights, but I haven’t done that with just Sadie or Sophie. I am home with them every day, so I have always tried to make more effort with Bailey. Sadie and I had SO MUCH fun together. My sweet friend Peria happily took Sophie for me for the day. Sadie and I went and saw Tangled at the movies, and ate lunch, went to the Disney store where she picked out her present, played on the toys. Everyone oohh-ed and ahhh-ed over how cute she is (which to totally is! ;0) It was so wonderful. Something I need to do more often with each of my kids. If you haven’t done it in a while, do it…..do it! I loved it so much, it was a day that I just got to enjoy that I had Sadie, she’s so amazing, and beautiful inside and out. I’m so lucky to have her in my life and as my daughter. I love her so much. It was such a wonderful reminder for me of what’s truly important in my life. It’s so easy to get caught up in the every-day aspects of life, that I sometimes forget what a huge miracle it is to have these wonderful little spirits in my presence every day.
