Uncle Shane comes for a visit

Uncle Shane used to live with us before he was "Uncle Shane", and just plain ol' Shane. We love him so much. He's so special to us. He's married now with a family of his own, and has since moved way over on the right coast. We miss him around here. It was great to have him in town for a few days so the kids could get to know him again (two for the first time really). It was nice to get him all to ourselves, even if only for a little while. Sadie after the first day when Shane had to leave for his in-town conference kept asking when "Daddy's friend" was coming back. Then for a few days the question was "mom, who do you think is funnier, Daddy or Uncle Shane?" That's some stiff competition, because Daddy is hilarious to the kids! He's so sweet and fun with the kids. They had a great time with him! They keep asking about him, and why he had to go...they miss him. We miss him too.



That's totally how he dresses everyday too.... ;0)
